inspired by the work of James Jean [www.jamesjean.com], an illustrator and artist who has been one of my largest influences and favourite artists since I came across his work on the cover of my then favourite band's record The Black Parade.
Some of his work is characterized by these lithe, beautiful female figures that are delicate and fantastical as well as his sensitive controlled use of colour that just gives his work so much mood. I can't really articulate how much I love his work, it's just utterly utterly beautiful and I recommend all of you to check it out.
